Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use Gameweek Lab at gameweeklab.com ("Gameweek Lab", "we", "us"). Gameweek Lab is operated by [Your name or business name], [Postal address], Norway. Contact: support@gameweeklab.com.

By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Gameweek Lab.

1. The service

Gameweek Lab is an independent decision-support tool for Fantasy Premier League (FPL) managers. It uses publicly available FPL data to give projections, recommendations and planning tools for your team.

Gameweek Lab is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the Premier League, Fantasy Premier League or any football club.
Projected points (xPts) and recommendations are statistical estimates produced by our own model. They are not guarantees, and you remain responsible for the decisions you make in FPL.
We never ask for your FPL password, and we cannot make transfers or change anything in your FPL account.

2. Your account

You can use parts of Gameweek Lab without an account. To use Premium you need an account, which you create with your email address and a password, an email sign-in link or Google. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Keep your login details secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time by emailing support@gameweeklab.com.

3. Free plan and Premium

The free plan is free of charge. Premium unlocks additional features and costs $3.49 per month or $24.99 per year. Prices are in US dollars and include any taxes we are required to charge. Your bank may charge a currency conversion fee.

Free trial: each person can try Premium free for 7 days once. You enter a payment card when the trial starts, but you are not charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your chosen plan starts automatically and you are charged.
Renewal: your subscription renews automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly period, and you are charged the price at that time, until you cancel.
Cancelling: you can cancel at any time from your Account page (Manage subscription). Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Premium until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
Price changes: we will email you at least 30 days before a new price applies to your subscription, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

4. Right of withdrawal (angrerett)

As a consumer you have a right to withdraw from your purchase under the Norwegian Cancellation Act (angrerettloven). For Gameweek Lab this works as follows:

You can cancel during the free trial without being charged.
If you regret a purchase, email support@gameweeklab.com within 14 days of your first paid charge (or of a yearly renewal), and we will refund that charge in full. You do not need to give a reason.
Refunds are made to the card you paid with, normally within 14 days of your request.

This does not limit any rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

5. Acceptable use

Use Gameweek Lab for your own personal use. Do not try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, scrape it automatically, resell it, or share your account with others. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. Our content

The Gameweek Lab software, design, model and texts belong to us. FPL data, player names and club names belong to their respective owners and are used only to provide the service.

7. Availability and changes

Gameweek Lab depends on publicly available FPL data, which may change or be unavailable at times, for example around deadlines. We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may improve, change or remove features. If we make a change that significantly reduces Premium, you may cancel and get a proportionate refund for the unused part of a paid period.

8. Liability

Gameweek Lab is a tool to support your own decisions. We are not liable for FPL points, ranks, prizes or other outcomes in the game, or for indirect losses. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Ending the agreement

You can stop using Gameweek Lab and delete your account at any time. We may close the service or an account with reasonable notice, and immediately if these terms are seriously broken. If we close the service, we will refund the unused part of any paid period.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters to you, we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. The date at the top shows when the terms were last updated.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. If you have a complaint, contact us first at support@gameweeklab.com. If we cannot agree, you can contact the Norwegian Consumer Council (Forbrukerrådet) for mediation, or the courts. As a consumer you can always rely on the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
